Responsibilities

• Create outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Bakery department.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet targets through teamwork.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume and staff coverage.
• Train associates on performance and participate in appraisals.
• Ensure safe, clean environment and proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
