Qualifications

• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates within the department and oversees training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Plans and implements merchandising to meet financial goals and monitors weekly sales reports.
• Manages inventories, reviews deliveries, and orders supplies to meet demand and maximize gross profits.
• Ensures products are fresh, correctly priced, rotated and properly displayed.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and 5S organization; adheres to health and OSHA requirements.
• Assists in other departments as needed and supports store management in operations.
