Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves concerns promptly.
• Takes orders and decorates bakery products per requested size and design.
• Decorates cakes using creams and fillings per recipes.
• Manages inventory, tracks weekly sales, and orders supplies.
• Schedules associates and participates in performance reviews.
• Implements merchandising plans and pricing strategies.
• Maintains records and logs for department performance.
• Ensures sanitation, PPE compliance, and health standards.
