• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance and training to bakery hosts.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor scheduling and payroll considerations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
• Make PA announcements as required.
