Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members with clear directions.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and address root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Plan, direct and supervise daily store operations and team development.
• Mentor team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are met.
• Maintain P&L oversight and control shrink across the department.
