Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience with staffing and hiring processes.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning by identifying development needs and participating in promotion decisions.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales, and maintain shrink in the department.
• Model exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service.
