This role emphasizes staffing, development, and safety, with a focus on exceptional service at peak times and strong leadership with 2–3 years in retail and at least 1 year in management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas such as meat, bakery, produce and deli.
• Strong communication delivering clear directions.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and identify root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decisions.
• Experience teaching suggestive selling and coaching staff.
• Completion of required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations across departments.
• Mentors and coaches staff to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Implements strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
• Maintains store appearance, product presentation and adherence to standards.
