Meijer Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations across departments. You will mentor staff and drive customer service, sales growth, and efficiency while maintaining Meijer standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, and succession planning, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing store environment with a focus on exceptional service during peak hours.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations within various departments of the store.
• Mentor and coach for all team members.
• Improve customer service, drive store sales while ensuring customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient.
• Maintain store appearance with focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by providing career paths and identifying development needs.
• Disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink for the department.
• Model exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Mentors and coaches the team to exceed customer service and sales goals.
