Responsibilities

• Support department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, inventory preparation and department cleanliness.
• Prepare, wrap, label and price items following company guidelines and safety rules.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safe operation of equipment and tools in the bakery/deli area.
• Deliver friendly customer service and uphold Harps' SMILE program guidelines and policies.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and respond to changing customer needs with flexibility.
