Responsibilities

• Bakery/Deli operations: readiness, staffing, pricing, inventory prep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Replenishment & inventory: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, returns.
• Merchandising & displays: stocking, rotation, signing, and zone upkeep.
• Fresh food prep: maintain safety standards and proper production.
• Problem solving and safety: define issues and follow procedures to ensure safety.
