  • Providing fresh products ordered by customers with correct portion sizes.
  • Recommending deli or bakery items to meet customer needs.
  • Using bakery equipment according to guidelines.
  • Preparing foods per recipes and safety standards.
  • Measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients.
  • Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
  • Checking product quality and freshness.
  • Properly using kitchen equipment.
  • Labeling, stocking, and inventorying merchandise.
  • Reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Knowing the store layout and product locations.
  • Staying current with ads and promotions.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and responding to customer questions.
