- Providing fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
- Recommending items to customers to meet their needs.
- Using bakery equipment appropriately and safely.
- Preparing foods per recipes and safety standards.
- Measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients.
- Packaging, labeling, and inventorying ingredients.
- Checking product quality and freshness.
- Properly using kitchen equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales.
- Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
- Reporting discrepancies and maintaining store layout knowledge.
- Staying updated on promotions and product knowledge.
- Monitoring inventory conditions and maintaining temperature logs.
- Promoting a respectful, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
- Adhering to food safety and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions.
- Performing preventive maintenance and reporting repairs.
