- Recommend products to customers.
- Use bakery equipment according to guidelines.
- Prepare foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions.
- Measure, prepare, and mix ingredients as per recipes.
- Package, label, and inventory ingredients.
- Check product quality and freshness, review 'sell by' dates.
- Properly use kitchen equipment.
- Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
- Report discrepancies in ordering or shipping.
- Understand store layout to assist customers effectively.
- Stay current with promotions and ads.
- Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer questions.
- Monitor inventory and stocking conditions.
- Ensure proper temperature maintenance and logs.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Adhere to food safety and safety procedures.
