Job summary

SpartanNash is hiring for a Bakery/Deli associate at our Michigan location. You will prepare and stock bakery and deli items, package products, and help maintain merchandising standards.

The role requires a High School diploma (GED preferred) and at least 1 year of retail experience. Candidates should be able to read, write, perform basic math, and be detail oriented. Travel is not required and the environment is a typical retail store setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce Bakery/Deli products according to production plan.
• Package and label Bakery/Deli products per program plan.
• Merchandise Bakery/Deli products per flight plan and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with Bakery/Deli products; rotate and date cases.
• Coordinate with other departments to support store growth.
• Notify Bakery/Deli Manager when products or supplies need ordering.
