Qualifications

• Dependable with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and handle special orders.
• General housekeeping and sanitation of department; maintain clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods under supervision.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure proper presentation and cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery space and equipment; keep shelves, floors and cases tidy.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming products for shipment accuracy and quality.
• Support a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
