Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years bakery experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to follow directions.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain clean, sanitary bakery area; comply with safety regulations.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 lbs; operate knives and equipment.
• Weigh and label products and ensure pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and present items attractively.
• Maintain clean bakery area, floors, shelves, and equipment.
• Receive and inspect shipments for temperature and quality.
• Rotate stock and discard outdated items; manage product rotation.
