Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to follow directions in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform food-handling tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and merchandise baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe bakery area and equipment; sweep and sanitize.
• Stock, rotate, and ensure pricing accuracy; log shipments; discard spoiled items.
• Receive and inspect products for shipment accuracy and quality.
• Assist with special orders and phone orders.
