Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to join our fast-paced bakery team in Richardson, TX. You will prepare, package, and display baked goods while delivering friendly, customer-focused service throughout the store.

The role requires 1–2 years bakery experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and bakery experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure proper prep, packaging, and presentation
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy
