Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable having the ability to work flexible schedule that changes; including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and package all baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are properly prepared and presented.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; clean shelves and floors.
