Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Capability to handle phones and take special orders; maintain sanitary bakery area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged and presented cleanly.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary bakery area and equipment; sweep and restock as needed.
• Stock, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard perishables.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
