Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bakery Clerk to support the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will prepare, bake, package, price, and merchandize baked goods while ensuring top-quality presentation.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and operating standard bakery equipment. This role requires a flexible schedule and a focus on safety and quality in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years bakery experience or equivalent combination.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure bakery items are properly prepared, packaged and presented.
• Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, fill, face and ensure pricing accuracy while rotating bakery products and discarding outdated items.
• Receive, inspect and log products for accuracy of shipment, temperature and quality.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and contribute to team success.
