Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a Team Leader for our New York City store. You will direct crew members, ensure smooth daily operations, prep beverages, stock items, and operate all store machines while delivering friendly, fast service.

Role requires 1–2 years in food handling, a High School Diploma/GED, and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain). You will uphold cleanliness, support POS transactions, and assist with deliveries and catering as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of food handling/store experience in a Paris Baguette store.
• High School Diploma/GED, college preferred.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to become certified.
• Proficiency with Toast POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Paris Baguette’s standards.
• Check quality of products and rotate pastry displays.
• Delegate duties among crew and supervise completion.
• Process customer orders in the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the shop.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and managing catering orders.
• Open/close shift duties including setup and sanitization.
