You will oversee duties, manage orders in the POS, and uphold food-safety practices while promoting a welcoming café atmosphere for customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food handling/store experience at a Paris Baguette store
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; some college
• ServSafe certification or ability to become certified
• Positive attitude and ownership
• Integrity and accountability
• Basic math skills
• Time management and prioritization
• Adherence to food safety guidelines
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Proficient with Toast POS and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Paris Baguette standards
• Check product quality and rotate displays of pastries and desserts
• Delegate duties among crew and supervise completion
• Monitor crew performance to ensure tasks are done
• Enter orders in the POS and operate the system
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Maintain food safety guidelines
• Prepare beverages and coffee on demand during hours
• Keep store areas clean during operating hours
• Unload deliveries up to twice a week
• Handle catering orders
• Opening shifts: clean tables, turn on equipment
• Closing shifts: cleaning, prep for next day, sanitize
