Flour Bakery+Cafe in Cambridge, MA is looking for friendly counter staff for Flour Harvard Sq, 114 Mt. Auburn Street. Join a team serving award-winning pastries, sandwiches, and coffee with welcoming hospitality.

We require weekend availability and 3-4 shifts weekly; training is provided, with emphasis on teamwork, fast-paced service, and guest-first hospitality. Prior bakery/front-of-house experience is helpful but not required, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must have availability for at least 3 shifts per week including one weekend day.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift.
• Experience as a barista or front-of-house is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, take orders, and help assemble pastry orders.
• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks; assist with catering orders.
• Assist in sandwich prep when needed and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent hospitality and work as part of a team.
