Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Massachusetts is seeking energetic Counter Team Members to deliver warm hospitality, share menu knowledge, take and fulfill guest orders, and keep our cafés clean and welcoming.

You will welcome guests, answer questions, operate the POS, prepare and package food, deliver items, and maintain stocked stations while upholding food safety and brand standards. Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is valued.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Desire to learn and build knowledge of Tatte's food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Build product knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take guest orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and package food according to Tatte standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked café stations.
• Support café cleanliness, visual standards, and food safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
