Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Café in Massachusetts is hiring Counter Team Members to create welcoming experiences for every guest. You will deliver friendly hospitality, learn our food and beverage offerings, take and fulfill orders at the counter, and help keep the café clean and organized.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, building product knowledge, using the POS, packing items, delivering meals, supporting food safety, and performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment.
• Desire to learn and build knowledge of Tatte’s food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Build product knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take guest orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and package food according to Tatte standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Support café cleanliness, visual standards, and food safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
