You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, delight guests daily, and drive business growth while handling hiring, training, and staff development at your location.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest experience, and the ability to manage shifts in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven availability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service and bakery-cafe quality.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, and team development.
• Oversee hiring, on-boarding, and training of new team members and foster engagement.
• Manage performance to meet bakery-cafe goals, standards, and guest service expectations.
• Partner with GM to develop managers and promote Panera values and behaviors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safe, healthy workplace and manage costs/inventory with GM.
