Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Support the General Manager by making key decisions and problem solving.
• Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, people development, and succession planning.
• Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and training of new team members while motivating the team.
• Assist with managing team performance to meet goals and guest service expectations.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop managers in people processes.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure policies, safety and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Maintain a healthy and safe workplace and uphold culture standards.
