Panera in Elk River, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a bakery-cafe team and partner with the General Manager to drive smooth operations and exceptional guest service. You will hire, train, and develop staff while managing costs and inventory to achieve store goals.

The role requires restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain), and flexibility for nights/weekends in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk up to 6 hours.
