Job summary

SusieCakes Bakery is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead guest service teams and support the General Manager across multiple locations. The AGM will inspire, train, and ensure exceptional hospitality on a daily basis, maintaining SusieCakes’ celebratory atmosphere.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and operational collaboration to drive bakery success while upholding our warm, community-focused brand.
