Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred, but not absolutely required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in full bakery operations and procedures; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and observe dress regulations.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise and verify invoices.
• Prepare dough and scratch baking mixtures per procedures and recipes.
• Pan up frozen products and load/unload ovens; monitor temperatures.
• Operate mixer and other bakery equipment.
• Assist in ordering and inventory control of ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety and packaging regulations.
