Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Market is seeking a bakery associate to support daily bakery operations, from dough preparation to baking and inventory control. You will help ensure product quality, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and health regulations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic High school education or equivalent, plus at least one year in bakery operations; health department training is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred, but not absolutely required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in full bakery operations and procedures; or equivalent education/experience.
• Health department training required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and observe dress regulations.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise and verify deliveries.
• Prepare dough and scratch baking mixtures; pan up products and bake.
