• Observe store hours and safety regulations; report problems to supervisor.
• Prepare dough and baking mixtures; operate mixers and ovens as trained.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Record invoices and maintain logs; track markups and spoilage per policy.
