Northgate Gonzalez Market is seeking a Bakery Baker for a Full Time position at our Stanton store. You will prepare dough, bake a variety of items, and maintain a clean, compliant bakery area.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of bakery experience, know FIFO inventory, and can read and follow recipes. Flexibility in schedule and opportunity for growth are available in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of bakery operations experience.
• Ability to calculate percentages and ratios when measuring ingredients.
• Strong reading and written English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare dough and bake products according to established recipes.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and monitor freshness.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise, and verify invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health regulations.
• Assist in ordering and inventory control of ingredients and supplies.
• Greet customers and provide assistance in the bakery area.
