Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as the GM's right hand, driving store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding our standards for quality and cleanliness.

You will lead and develop the team, support recruitment and onboarding, manage labor and inventory, and participate in P&L responsibilities. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
