85°C Bakery Cafe in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the General Manager in driving store sales, profitability and guest satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and develop the team, and act as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, a high school diploma (AA preferred), and experience supervising 10+ team members. We offer full-time hours, with holidays, nights, and weekends as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
