85C Bakery Cafe is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and oversee all aspects of staff performance. You will mentor a high-performing team across departments, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to work nights and weekends, and a strong focus on coaching and training to improve operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of store management experience in bakery, restaurant, or fast-food.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
