85°C Bakery Cafe in East Hanover, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as the GM's right hand, driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will lead and coach a team, manage storefinances, and ensure top standards in quality and service.

The role requires 2+ years in store/restaurant management, a high school diploma, and flexibility for holidays and weekends. Growth and internal promotion are emphasized within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
