85°C Bakery Cafe in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the General Manager's right hand—driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while developing the team and stepping in as leader on duty when the GM is absent.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in store/restaurant management, a high school diploma (AA preferred), and supervision of 10+ team members. Compensation includes base pay, bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.
• Champion the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
