Job summary

Winpin 85 Investments LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our 85°C Bakery Cafe in Arrowhead Ranch, AZ. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive store sales and profit, while leading and developing a high-performing team on a full-time, hourly schedule.

You will oversee daily operations, support recruitment and training, manage labor and inventory, and uphold our commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to drive store sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; serve as manager-on-duty when the GM is away.
• Help manage store financials (P&L), labor, and inventory.

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're the General Manager's right hand — driving sales and profitability, developing the team, and stepping in as the leader on duty when the GM is out. You'll help run the business while upholding our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
