Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1–3 years in a lead or supervisor role preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfort with basic computer and POS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and foster a positive work environment.
• Support Bakery Manager in leading all guest experience and operations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards.
• Assist in operational tasks, scheduling, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate special orders and large deliveries.
