The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in food service/retail with 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and is able to manage shifts, payroll, inventory, and compliance while mentoring

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in food service, QSR, or retail
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-ground support to ensure retail, baking production, and operations needs are met.
• Lead bakery staff including shift leads, bakers, retail team members, trainers, and porters
• Model DEI principles in bakery operations and leadership
• Manage team performance through coaching and development
• Oversee customer interactions, inquiries, compliments, and complaints
• Assist with cash reconciliations, timesheets, payroll, and inventory
