Hours begin early morning and extend into the afternoon per schedule. The role requires transforming bulk mixes to oven-ready products, following standard recipes, and assisting with finishing and shipping.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification or equivalent documentation is required.
• Training in baking with cake decorating is required.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Baker's Helper operates in the bakeshop with emphasis on production, events, and customer service.
• Transform bulk mixes into oven-ready products following standard recipes and procedures.
• Assist with finishing of products and shipping duties; operate shop equipment.
• Participate in daily cleaning and follow state and local food service regulations (ServSafe and NSF).
