Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, at The Grand Hyatt San Antonio, is seeking a Hotel Baker/Pastry Cook to prepare pastry products and assist senior bakers. You will contribute to events and maintain pastry shop standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a commercial baking/pastry operation preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
