You will follow daily par sheets, produce high-quality baked goods per company guidelines, and uphold strict health and safety standards while maintaining cleanliness. Flexibility to work other positions as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and able to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
• Good communication and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and use a variety of baking and kitchen tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow site/brand procedures to ensure consistent, quality customer experiences.
• Bake a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products.
• Work overnight and early morning hours with little supervision and within a set schedule.
• Follow and complete a daily par sheet and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain health department and company food safety standards through proper handling.
• Take direction and adjust to changing par levels.
• Be able to switch between positions inside the operation as needed.
