• Clear and effective communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work well-groomed in proper uniform and maintains hygiene.
• Makes and prepares all baked items such as pies, muffins, cookies and quiche.
• Regulates oven temperature and monitors food temperatures for safety.
• Assists with portioning, dough handling and stuffing as required.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen stations and works efficiently during peak times.
