Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience required.
• Basic math skills with ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements.

• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions.
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked; use knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens to prepare food items.
• Ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to guidelines.
