Responsibilities

• Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
• Makes and prepares all bakery items including pies, muffins, cookies, quiche, meatloaf and ribs.
• Regulates oven temperature to ensure proper cooking.
• Oversees food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Measures ingredients and prepares dough and batter to required portions.
• Prepares meats or baked foods according to recipes using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Tests foods by taste and appearance to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen stations and manages time effectively.
