Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is hiring a Baker/Crew Member in Colorado. The role involves cross-training in basic baking and crew responsibilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will bake donuts and bakery products while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines. The position can be part-time or a pathway to management, with emphasis on teamwork, training, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some online training may be provided.
• Basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment; may lift 30–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive in a timely manner and be ready at shift start.
• Demonstrate respect and dignity with team members and guests.
• Receive specialized training in baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery products.
• Promote a positive team environment and meet guest needs.
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
