Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills; some of the training is conducted online.
• Have basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Be physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and operating standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready in position at the start of your shift.
• Treat team members and guests with respect and dignity.
• Follow store communication guidelines and coaching feedback with enthusiasm.
• Learn baking functions and prepare donuts and bakery products.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by responding to guest needs with urgency.
• Adhere to safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and keep a clean workspace.
